Call Centre Representative

Responsible for handling incoming calls, inquiries, and complaints from customers and providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience & qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role.

Knowledge & skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
  • Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide information about gym memberships, services, and promotions to potential and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating customer accounts, and scheduling appointments.
