Corporate Sales Specialist
Role Purpose
To identify and secure corporate partnerships and B2B memberships, building long-term client relationships that generate consistent revenue for the organization.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Identify, develop, and convert corporate leads into long-term commercial clients through targeted sales strategies and outreach.
- Build a pipeline of corporate prospects by leveraging databases, cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Customize corporate membership packages based on company size, needs, and wellness goals; coordinate internal resources to develop proposals.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to HR departments, procurement teams, and decision-makers of potential corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements in line with the company’s commercial policies.
- Manage ongoing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring renewals, upsells, and high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM, track progress, and generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute B2B campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and wellness events tailored to the corporate sector.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, wellness fairs, and networking events to promote services and attract new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business segments to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (fitness, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for corporate accounts.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining a customer-first approach throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on potential product or service improvements based on corporate client feedback.
Experience & qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of fitness/wellness industry is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
