Senior Architect
The Senior architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet project specifications, adhere to building codes, and are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, and project management abilities.
Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling (3D max , Sketchup ) will be extra
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP will be extra.
- Development and review of architectural design and EFC drawing.
- Coordination of the shop drawings packages including all interface coordination with all other works.
- Review the scope of works and BOQ of fit out contractors and review the material specifications.
- Prepare and review the as built drawings and closing documents.
- Monitor and supervise all on site activities to ensure they align with design, time schedule, stander, and specifications.
- Conduct all needed inspections, the daily, weekly reports and coordinate with the project manager to identify the potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with all contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
- Address and resolve and design or site issues that may arise during construction and coordinate with project manager and technical team daily base to close all issues.
- Implement and maintain quality control to ensure the construction works meets the specifications, stander, and high-quality expectations.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation including daily and weekly reports, shop drawings, as built, site sketches.
- Proactive identification and address any site issues and changes that may happen during the project life cycle.
- Work with technical team during the new sites assessment and support in development the criteria for site selection according to standards.
