Head of Fitness
The Head of Fitness is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management and strategic direction of Kun’s fitness programs. ensuring the development and execution of high-quality fitness

GX Manager
The Group Exercise (GX) Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and execution of the Group Exercise programs at Kun Sports. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality group fitness classes that drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The GX Manager collaborates with fitness instructors, ensures program alignment with industry standards, and supports continuous improvement and innovation in fitness offerings.
Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness instruction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the fitness industry.
Knowledge & Skills
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor through a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, AFAA, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in managing group exercise programs and delivering high member satisfaction.

Strategic Duties
- Developing the Section’s work plan and assigning related activities to serve the achievement of the Department/ Division’s objectives.
